SHIPPING INFORMATION

Based in Japan, we've tackled shipping by establishing a U.S. proxy to fulfill orders efficiently. Every product is packaged here in Japan and shipped weekly in batches to our U.S. location, then individually sent to customers. After ordering, you'll first receive a confirmation email, followed by a tracking number after a few days. This tracking won't immediately update, as your item will be traveling from Japan to the U.S. Once it arrives stateside, your tracking information will update promptly. For faster international shipping, you can select EMS at checkout, though delivery times can vary widely due to customs. Domestic orders within Japan are handled swiftly through JP Post.
